Hi and welcome to Le Cheval Embroidery! 

As a fellow equestrian, I started this business to provide embroidery services for other horse people, businesses, and more--from completely custom work to boutique items listed here or on my Etsy store, I work extremely hard to meet the needs of all of my customers.

At Le Cheval Embroidery, I strive to find the best products to fit your needs and provide high-quality embroidery work to make your vision a reality.

Customer-Supplied Items

Please note, Le Cheval Embroidery will work with customer-supplied products. We will not accept high dollar or sentimental/irreplaceable items. Due to the off chance that a freak machine malfunction could damage them. Le Cheval Embroidery will not be held responsible for provided items for potential issues arising from uncontrollable machine failure, fabric not being suitable for embroidery, or any other complication out of the control of the operator. Le Cheval Embroidery will replace readily-available or LCE sourced items for any of the aforementioned instances.

I am happy to discuss, and potentially source, specific products for customer-specific orders. Please don't hesitate to ask if you'd like a more inexpensive option, special brand, color of an item, etc. I'm happy to work with you to try my best to find exactly what you'd like. 

Embroidered Items

Handling: I do typically suggest washing items that can be washed in cold water and dried on very low or line-dried if possible. 

Returns/Refunds: Items with any personalization or customization cannot be returned or refunded. Exceptions: operator misspelling (misspellings by the customer are not eligible for refund), item not shipped out by clearly communicated deadline.
